Join us for our 45-minute classes designed for mental and physical strength and endurance. Upbeat music drives every sequence, inspired by Pilates, barre, and strength training. It’s movement that makes you feel powerful.
Mommy & Me’ Pilates
Join us for 30 minutes of movement + 30 minutes of play. Pregnancy and postpartum friendly (with doctor’s clearance). For babies 7 weeks–5 years, bring a carrier, roll in your stroller, or lay them by your side. A space to burn and bond together.
Community & Pop-Up Gatherings
From Pilates in the Park, but make it a playdate, to mom walks, meet-ups, and Bible studies, we strengthen women in every season — physically, socially, and spiritually. Our community is built on connection and encouragement for every season.
